Rural Water District No. 5 is offering an Automatic Payment Service to our customers for the payment of your monthly water bill. The Automatic Payment will take place on the 10th of each month, or the following business day depending on holidays and weekends. You will still receive a monthly billing statement showing the “Amount Now Due” on your monthly bill, which is the amount that will be deducted from your account. A message will appear on the billing statement noting the automatic payment, such as “AUTOPAY DO NOT PAY”
Your water bill will never be late again, no more late fees, and this service is FREE!
Please note that the patron will be responsible for bank fees added in the result of closed accounts, changed accounts, or insufficient funds. Please keep us informed if you change or close bank accounts.
If you are interested in using this service, pleased complete and sign the form found within the Customer Service heading, under Forms & Documents, and mail it to the office along with a VOIDED check or a copy of a voided check. If there is a credit on your account, (due to a current overpayment or future adjustment), Auto Pay will wait until there is an amount due. Auto Pay must have a balance due to occur.
